Tour Overview
This 4 day Morocco tour from Tangier to Marrakech is one of the most exciting routes to experience Morocco in a short time. The journey connects the colorful cities of northern Morocco with the breathtaking landscapes of the Sahara Desert and the Atlas Mountains.
Your adventure begins in Tangier, the gateway between Europe and Africa. From there, travel through the Rif Mountains to the charming blue town of Chefchaouen, famous for its peaceful atmosphere and picturesque streets. The journey continues toward Volubilis, home to the best-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco, before reaching the historic city of Fes.
From Fes, the scenery changes dramatically as you cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou, where Barbary macaques live. The road then leads through the impressive Ziz Valley to the golden dunes of the Sahara Desert in Merzouga.
In the desert, you will experience a magical camel trek across the dunes of Erg Chebbi, watch a stunning sunset, and spend the night in a traditional desert camp under a sky full of stars.
The final part of the journey continues through Rissani, Todra Gorge, Dades Valley, Ouarzazate, and the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, before crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains and arriving in Marrakech.
